What’s a Pinqshue
The what is a who.
Simply – I love pink and I love shoes. I also like to say “pink with a “q” shoe with a “u”.
How did I get here…
In 2005 I was handed a camera for my corporate job to photograph subjects for a web based training. In 2007 I was subcontracted for event and green screen photography. During that time I operated and managed NRG’s Houston Texans, Houston Astros & HLS&R photo activation booths which had foot traffic of 300 to 4000 daily. I was also subcontracted to work photo activations for WrestleMania, 4 Super Bowls, Shell Houston Open, Wal-Mart Supplier Fair, City of Houston, Sugar Land, & Katy Tree Lightings.
As a result , in 2013 I was hired by NRG to consult the 2013 photo activation delivery for the Houston Texans for game day fan experience. I advised on booth operations, foot, traffic, traffic flow, system requirements, staffing and signage and signage placement. I managed photo booths during NFL game day, selected and trained staff fully operate booth and function independently. Training included: how to operate camera, lighting and software, setup and breakdown procedures, booth maintenance during operation, customer service, anti-theft procedures for both workers and attendees and how to troubleshoot technical issues.
Now, I still do event documentation and print on site photography. I have photographed a wide range of events including golf tournaments, weddings, anniversaries, birthdays and church picnics and corporate events. I have added newborn photography to my list and look forward to expanding in that area.
Umm, Art & Design…
